The works began with the permits obtainment on December 03, 2012. Nowadays those farms condition is the following:
· At PE Primavera (13 AEG), the wind turbines cementing execution is complete. The farm trial-run was satisfactorily performed by Siemens in May, and currently the wind turbines assembly by Siemens has begun.
· At PE São Judas (13 AEG), the wind turbines cementing execution is complete. Currently the access execution is being finished, so its trial-run can be performed.

· At PE Cristal (13 AEG) the concreting of 7 wind turbines has been finalized, as well as the accesses cleaning and the excavations for the wind turbines bases. There is a forecast to finish the wind turbines cementing concretings, and the farms trial-run finalization is scheduled for August.

The main access to the farm (10 km) has been complete since mid-February, with the missing ones finalization being scheduled for August.
With the performed works good progress and the current scheduled, the August 31, 2013 COD deadline will be met.

They will be carried by means of a contract with Eyra, with Vestas, a company with head office in Denmark, as technologist.
The project will be developed on two continuous lots: Pacífico, with around 600 hectares and capacity for 74 MW in 37 generating units, and Cebada, with a useful area of 900 hectares and capacity for 42MW in 21 machines.
This wind project is T&M’s incursion in wind energy generation in Chile, and it does so in a country that it considers to be a strategic target market in its internationalization process.

This concern is fundamented on the difficulty of incorporating an extra 6,000 MW in the ERNC, with the purpose of fostering public investments in electrical generation with the ERNC.
In Chile, sources of Nonconventional Renewable Energies (ERNC) are defined as wind sources, small hydroelectric power plants (plants up to 20 MW), biomass, biogas, solar energy, and tide energy.
According to the settlement between the government and congressmen, the ERNC increase will be progressive: From 2014 to 2020 it will grow from 6% to 12%, and as from that date it must raise 1.5% per year until reaching 20% in 2025. This would compel the system to sum about 1,000 MW per year as from 2020.
Currently there are ERNC projects amounting to 549 MW under construction, while other 7,167 MW have obtained environmental approval. Out of this distribution, T&M participates in the construction of over 150 MW with the PE Los Cururos execution and a solar plant in the Atacama Desert.
With said need it is established the necessity of having clear technical criteria, and given that the supply is not big the biddings tend to set prices that will reach the margin and would be unaligned with market prices in the long term. It is necessary to have technical, economic, and legal knowledge and experience.
